Acceptance
By creating an account or using BrandStack, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
BrandStack provides brand management tools including colors, typography, logos, voice, tokens, and guidelines. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your credentials or use BrandStack for any unlawful purpose. You must be at least 16 years old to use BrandStack.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
Your content
You retain ownership of all brand assets, colors, and content you upload to BrandStack. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content solely to provide the service to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse BrandStack, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, scrape data, or interfere with other users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
BrandStack is provided as is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona.
