What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and billing information. We also collect usage data such as which features you use and how often, to improve the product.
How we use it
We use your data to provide and improve BrandStack, send transactional emails such as receipts and password resets, and occasionally send product updates if you have opted in. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Third-party services
BrandStack uses Stripe for payment processing — your card details never touch our servers. We use Clerk for authentication, Supabase for database and file storage, and Vercel for hosting.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@brand-stack.app.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR or other privacy laws including the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us at hello@brand-stack.app to exercise these rights.
