How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Go to your account settings and select a new plan. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, but if you have an issue please reach out and we will do our best to help.

How do I add team members?

Team collaboration is available on the Agency plan. Once subscribed, you can invite members from the Team page inside the app.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Supabase for storage and Clerk for authentication, both SOC 2 compliant.
